YOU’LL NEED Mini Rainbow pom-poms (enough to cover the entire shirt) White shirt Red skirt or pants Grey ribbon Fabric glue Black headband
HOW TO: First Iron out your white shirt, so you can apply your pom-poms more neatly. Next, glue on your pom-poms in a tight nit pattern, with no like colors next to each other. Allow to dry, then flip over and do the other side. Take your ribbon and sketch a coin slot pattern onto the center Take your black headband and glue on the pom-poms
Put on your Costume and voila! Your balling! (last one I swear). As an extra, get a clear bag to fill with gumballs to snack on while your trick or treating

With this costume, your gonna kick bass until you’re a flat man. Too bad you’re a minor, you’re gonna be in for double time, forte years! Good thing the cop doesn’t have a tempo! Watch out though, your punishment is going to B major!
What you’ll need: A black and white striped shirt Black pants Black headband Pipe cleaner Black paper Tape Pencil White sheet of paper Black marker
How to: First, you’re going to have to make the “rest”, take a sheet of sturdy paper (construction paper works best) and cut out a quarter rest (the squiggly one) You can free hand this or just print one out from online. Next take your pipe cleaner and attach it onto the back of the rest using tape. Cover the entire thing in tape, (the paper too.) Last, take your headband and wrap the pipe cleaner around the center, use other piper cleaners to attach as necessary.
To make your prisoner costume, all you must do is make your placard. (you can put on your striped shirt and black pants later) To do this you must take your white sheet of paper, and fill out your mock inmate number!

you’ll look so fetch! Hopefully no one asks if you even go here. Don’t worry though, the costume will take off 3 pounds, so you’ll look the same after you eat all your Halloween candy!
What you’ll need: Blue hoodie Dark glasses Blue jeans A piece of paper Black marker
How to: This costume is super easy! All you must do is make a sign that says, “she doesn’t even go here!” put on your blue hoodie and jeans and rock this joint. But be careful of being one of the last ones in the street, because people start to get creative when they run out of candy, and butter is a carb.
